Terms of Service

Welcome to Record'em, a service provided by AVASO Software Solutions ApS ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our time tracking and expense recording application and related services ("Service").

By creating an account, accessing, or using Record'em, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use Record'em. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at privacy@recordem.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. Your Data

You retain ownership of any content or data you enter into Record'em ("Your Data"). We do not access, sell, or share Your Data except to provide the Service or as required by law. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Subscription and Billing

• Billing is monthly or annually, depending on your plan.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled beforehand.
• No refunds unless required by law.

6. Acceptable Use

Do not use Record'em to violate laws, infringe rights, distribute malware, access data unlawfully, or disrupt the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and software are owned by AVASO Software Solutions ApS or our licensors. You are granted a limited license to use Record'em; you may not modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer it.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access for violating these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

9. Disclaimer

Record'em is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AVASO Software Solutions ApS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Record'em.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Denmark.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
